Cromwell F600 Fire Fighter's Helmet

• Unique modular design
• Dual CE certification for helmet and face shield
• Simple rapid 4 point adjustment to fit all head sizes (52 – 63cm)

• Helmet is designed, manufactured and tested in accordance with the requirements of EN 443:1997 with the added option: -(a) Wet Helmet; (b) Surface Insulation Test; (c) Thermal Minus Conditioning at -20°C
• External Shell is moulded from pre impregnated Glass Fibre
• External Shell Paint is flame retardant Urethane/Acrylic
• Internal Impact Attenuating Liner is manufactured from expanded polystyrene and is then fitted with an insulation cover
• Headlining which is fitted inside the above liner is made from Kermel
• Headband is manufactured from polyethylene and covered with knitted Kermel fabric
• Browband is manufactured from polyethylene and covered with replaceable linings
• BA Compatibility is achieved with the adjustable browband feature
• Retention System is adjustable at the neck, the chin and the crown of the head
• Chinstrap is constructed from flame retardant blue Nomex® with quick release wideguard buckle (no metal parts)
• Size Adjustment is multisized with a ratchet controlled adjustable headband covering the size range 52 - 63 cms
• Face-Shield (Optional Item) is designed, manufactured and tested in accordance with the requirements of EN 166:1995 with the added option:- (a) Protection Against High Speed Particles (high impact energy); (b) Molten Metals and Hot Solids Polycarbonate 2mm Uncoated Polycarbonate 2mm Anti-mist/Anti-scratch
• Face-Shield Cover (Optional Item) is moulded from Glass Fibre then painted with flame-retardant Urethane/Acrylic paint.
• Neck Cape (Optional Item) is made from Kermel material
• Weights: Approx. weight of Helmet complete with Face-Shield and Face-Shield Cover : 1320 gms. Approx. weight of Neck Cape ; 61 gms
