The Management Team

Philip Johnson, Managing Director
Philip has been involved in advanced textile technology at a senior level since 1988, acting as a marketing and technical consultant to a number of fabric producers and garment making companies in the UK and Europe for their waxed fabric, laminate, neoprene and membrane transfer technology. These included RAB Down Equipment, Pertex Fabrics, British Millerain, Stomatex and Rossendale Combining. He founded FlamePro (UK) Ltd in 2006 with wife, Gillian, and heads up the company including the sales and technology departments.

Gillian Johnson, Finance Director
Gillian has worked full time with husband Philip to build the business over the last 8 years. With 45 years experience in running family businesses, she is responsible for the accounting, marketing, advertising, HR and general administration functions in the company.

Denise Molley, Logistics & Design Manager
Denise has worked alongside Gillian and Philip to build the business since 2006. With around 30 years experience in various aspects of the garment manufacture industry, she has overall responsibility for production, design, sales administration, purchasing and logistics.
