This standard specifies general performance requirements for ergonomics, safety, size designation, ageing, compatibility and protective clothing markings, as well as information to be supplied by the manufacturer with protective clothing.
BS EN 1149:5:2018
Protective clothing. Electrostatic properties. The European Standard for garments that protect against electrostatic discharge in areas where there is a risk of explosion (ATEX Environments) such as petrochemical refineries and fuel distribution companies.
